Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Kreativ Ink. This policy explains when and how refunds are issued for our subscription plans.

Overview

Kreativ Ink operates on a subscription-based model. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our team. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all refund decisions.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  • Technical failure: Our platform experienced a significant outage or technical issue that prevented you from using the Services during a substantial portion of your billing period, and we were unable to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
  • Non-delivery of credits: You were charged for a subscription renewal but credits were not credited to your account due to a system error.
  • Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same billing period due to a processing error.
  • Change of mind (new subscribers): If you recently subscribed and realise it's not the right fit, reach out to us. We review these requests individually and will do our best to find a fair outcome — the sooner you contact us, the more likely we can help.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds are generally not issued in the following cases:

  • Significant usage: If you have already used a substantial portion of the credits allocated for the billing period, a refund is unlikely — but you're always welcome to reach out and we'll review your situation.
  • Account suspension due to violations: If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use policy.
  • Dissatisfaction with AI outputs: We cannot guarantee the quality, accuracy, or suitability of AI-generated content. Dissatisfaction with generation results alone is not grounds for a refund.
  • Partial month usage: We do not issue prorated refunds for unused portions of a billing period when you cancel mid-cycle. Your subscription remains active until the end of the period.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and the date of the charge.
  3. Describe the reason for your refund request in detail.

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Chargebacks incur fees on our end and may result in your account being permanently suspended. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through direct communication.

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the Services entirely, all active paid subscribers will receive a pro-rata refund for the unused portion of their current billing period.
